A lot of people today are actually fascinated or into some shooting sports so it resulted to a high sale of guns and ammunition. Most of the people who indulge on this kind of activity actually are those who love extreme sports but of course it doesn’t mean that it’s limited on them. There are also newby on this kind of activity but still willing to do so for recreational purposes.

For someone who’s not very knowledgeable when it comes to guns, armalites or whatever alike, articles like DIY would be a great help. On this particular release, we will be focusing more about AR-15, so this will be called AR-15, DIY.

Before we get farther, let’s first discuss what is an AR-15? AR-15 is a semi-automatic rifle engineered by Eugene Stoner from which M16 rifles derive. AR-15 also has accessories called AR-15 accessories like AR-15 grips , AR-15 scopes and AR-15 rails to name some.

AR-15 has two main receivers, the upper and the lower receivers. Lots of companies are offering different types of upper receivers although they are all for an AR-15 so you must really do a thorough research on that through forums and some online shop. The next is the lower receiver which is made up of 3 main frames, the Stripped Lower Receiver, the Low Parts Kit (LPK) and the Stock. It’s actually easy to put them all together you just need proper guide and layout to do so and after that never forget to dress up your AR-15 with AR-15 accessories for a stronger look.
